Shipping/Processing
Orders will be packed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. This does not include shipping time. Tracking will be provided for all orders. Shipping charges are calculated based on the size and weight of each package, as well as its destination.
International Shipments
I do ship internationally! Shipping costs can be calculated at checkout which are based on the size and weight of each package, as well as its destination. I am not responsible for any customs fees or taxes. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Returns or refunds will not be available if you are unable to pay customs fees.
When is your next restock?
I am always working on new pieces in my studio and aim to have a restock every 2-3 months. The time and date of my next restock will always be announced on my Instagram and in my newsletter so you have time to prepare!
Are your pieces dishwasher/microwave safe?
Items are microwave safe and top shelf dishwasher safe. I strongly recommend hand washing for a more gentle cleaning of your handmade piece though.
Will you combine my orders?
Yes! Unless you request otherwise, I will combine your orders if you place more than one and refund any shipping overages.
Do you take custom orders/commissions?
At this time I am not taking custom orders or commissions.
Do you take wholesale orders?
Yes! If you have a retail store and would like to stock my pieces please email me at thamesceramics@gmail.com for my product catalogue and wholesale terms.
Return Policy
All pottery is final sale (no returns or exchanges). If a product arrives broken or damaged, please contact me via the contact page and I will get back to you with a solution as soon as I can!
